Your own delivery team uses tokens for the connected driver workflow.
When you, as the Modu customer, employ or directly manage the drivers who deliver your orders, each delivery job dispatched through the connected driver app uses a delivery token. The token is a platform-usage cost that helps operate and maintain assignment, driver-app access, routing, status updates, tracking, proof capture and reconciliation. It is not a driver wage, fuel charge or physical transport fee.
Delivery-company charges depend on the job.
When fulfillment is handled by Krider or another approved delivery company, the delivery charge can vary by service area, distance, vehicle, timing, capacity and service level. Any applicable platform or token component is confirmed with the provider terms in the written commercial quote before launch.

How much does restaurant online ordering software cost in Kuwait?+
Modu starts at 149 KWD one-time setup plus 99 KWD annual renewal. The first-year total is 248 KWD. POS, kitchen display, multi-branch rollout and integration plans are priced separately and shown above.
Can my delivery company request to join the Modu network?+
Yes. Delivery-company owners and operators can submit the partnership form with their coverage, fleet and service details. Our team will review the request against verification, integration, operating and current network requirements before discussing onboarding.
Can a delivery driver apply for job opportunities?+
Drivers can register their interest using the Modu contact form and provide licence, vehicle, coverage and availability details. Opportunities depend on verification and the current hiring or capacity needs of participating delivery companies; submitting the form is not an employment offer or guarantee.
Are the QR Menu and POS Core packages available now?+
Not yet. Their target prices are published so interested businesses can plan and join the setup list, but Modu will not take payment or promise activation until each standalone package, entitlement boundary and support path has passed launch verification.
What does a delivery token pay for?+
If you employ or directly manage your own delivery drivers, each job dispatched through the connected driver app uses a token. It covers platform and driver-workflow usage such as assignment, app access, routing, tracking, status updates, proof and reconciliation. It does not represent driver wages, fuel or the physical delivery service.
How is outsourced delivery priced?+
Krider and other approved delivery companies may price each job differently based on area, distance, vehicle, timing, capacity and service level. The written quote confirms the provider charge and any applicable platform or token component before activation.
Do I need my own website or mobile app?+
No. Modu provides the customer storefront and merchant workspace. A custom domain and other launch services can be configured during production onboarding.
Can customers choose pickup instead of delivery?+
Yes. Pickup stays inside the restaurant workflow and does not create a driver job. Delivery uses the connected logistics workflow when enabled.
Do I need to employ drivers?+
Not necessarily. If you already employ drivers, they can use the integrated mobile driver app for assigned jobs, routes, status updates and proof capture. Or you can use licensed outsourced delivery drivers from the Krider network, subject to coverage and commercial policy.
How does the driver workflow work?+
Drivers receive assigned jobs, route details, notes and proof actions through the connected driver app. The exact operating setup and coverage are confirmed during onboarding.
Can my staff have limited access?+
Yes. Merchant owners can create scoped manager, catalog, operations and analyst roles instead of sharing one password.
Are online payments included immediately?+
Cash, pickup and COD workflows are supported. An approved online payment provider, credentials, webhooks and settlement policy must be configured before enabling online capture.
What is not included in the displayed Modu price?+
Domain registration, payment-provider charges, hardware, custom development, out-of-scope migration and delivery usage are separate. Your setup meeting confirms the exact written scope before payment.
